Shipping

All orders will ship within 1 - 2 business days. Our goal is for you to receive your order as fast as possible.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Heavier shipments/items may require mechanical assistance to unload.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels.

Refunds

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return or exchange. In person returns and exchanges will be processed immediately. Items returned by shipment will require up to 7 days processing from time the items are received. The customer is responsible for item return shipping costs.

Exceptions

Northern Strands Co. Ltd. will pay the product return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
