Description
Type III Web Sling made with a flat loop eye on each end with the loop eye opening in the same plane as the sling body. This type of sling is sometimes called a Flat Eye Sling, Eye & Eye Sling, or Double Eye Sling.

- Inspect sling for damage before each use.
- Slings shall always be protected from being cut by sharp corners, sharp edges, protrusions, or abrasive surfaces.
- Do not use sling above rated lifting capacity.
- Do not use sling if capacity tag is removed or not readable.
- Do not expose sling to temperatures above 90 degrees C or 194 degrees F.
- Do not tie knots in sling.
- Do not use sling if there are signs of cut webbing, heat, or chemical damage, excessive wear, or other defects.
- Consult manufacturers sling load chart for capacity reduction due to sling configuration and angle.
- Do not use near alkalis.
- If any of the above conditions exist, sling should be removed from service.
- Sunlight or ultra-violet light degrades the strength of slings.
